If it took over 4 billion years for intelligent civilization to arise on Earth, it should take less time with increased solar mass due to the faster formation process of the star and therefore quicker cooling of the planets within the habitable zone. Conversely, stars that are smaller take much longer to form, and cooling of planets within the habitable zone may take longer.

Initiating Postulates
I will be posting postulated theories here.
